Charlene and her company are both amazing! I was going through a very rough time trying to get things completed for a major renovation/rebuild. I am out of state and so it is easy to get out of touch with what is happening. Charlene was so helpful, honest, and informative. She would call me after hours (time difference) to let me know about progress and answer questions. She was incredible and I have a tremendous amount of respect for both her and her company. We hired Ms Morgan to develop the permit plans to convert our “non-conforming” Florida room to a 200 sq-ft-square code extension of the house, up to the point of building permit approval. Ms Morgan worked very well with our general contractor. She provided her plans in a timely, efficient and professional manner, with thorough attention to detail, including development of the vendor orders for doors and windows. She is very knowledgeable and responsive to customer concerns. She has a practical, hands-on approach (she visited the site) and her work is reasonably-priced. We got the permit on schedule.
