Was a little skeptical at first, but after I walked in the spa was beautiful and the atmosphere was great. The owner was very nice. She really talks to you, wants to get to know you,very Compassionate. I must say I wasn’t feeling my best when I came But when I left, I felt like 1 million bucks. Unfortunately I did not get to use the services because Ms Carol was a no show for my appointment. I was receiving messages from her or their automated system all day up to 2 hours before my appointment, however once I got there and text that same number to announce my arrival no one answered. I called as well and nothing. The gym that the text instructed me to go to was closed. I finally spoke to the front office and the man I spoke with was not sure what happened and assumed maybe she had something else to do. He suggested that I reschedule but I live 1 hour and a half from here and I had to Make arrangements for my kids for today. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication that took place today. I just hope they refund me the deposit they held on to in order to make sure I was not a no show smh
