Mind Forge CrossFit is more than just a gym. It’s a community!

I was really nervous about trying CrossFit for years, but after my old boxing gym closed, I needed to find “something.”

Based on the recommendation from a friend, I tried Mind Forge, and I have to say it was the best decision I’ve ever made.

The trainers are amazing, and go out of their way to help you succeed. I can’t thank Coaches Jenn, Keith, Hunter, Alex and the rest of the team enough for always looking out for us members.

You will also enjoy the community of members. Everyone is so supportive and friendly. It's just a great, positive atmosphere!

I’ve never experienced a gym like Mind Forge before, and I highly recommend it to my friends, family, and you!

We started at Sweat Factory about 2.5 years ago. I was looking for someplace that had a teen specific class to help my son pull out of that homebody lifestyle. Sweat Factory was the perfect solution!! I ended up joining myself about 2 months later.

All of the gym members are welcoming, helpful and encouraging. The coaches are wonderful and knowledgeable. The workouts are built to readily accommodate everyone's fitness levels and the coaches are great about offering additional tailoring to a person's specific limitations. Truly the only person you are competing with there is yourself.

My son used to dread exercise. Since joining Sweat Factory, he's run a few 10Ks, is training for a half marathon, and is trying out for his school's weightlifting team. What a difference this gym and its community has made!

I can’t express enough in words the joy I feel when my alarm goes off to wake up and go to a Crossfit class @ Mind Forge Crossfit Clermont. Sounds weird, huh? Well, if you take the plunge and join like I did, you will understand. I was a fish out of water when I started, completely clueless. However, with the structure, coaching, encouragement, and community I now feel like I’m swimming with the sharks, baby sharks of course, but sharks nonetheless. If you're considering joining a CrossFit gym, don’t walk, run to Mind Forge Crossfit Clermont (maybe driving would be best!).
