I have a issue with the condo that I purchased.
It's the COA'S responsibility to repair it.
Mike Miller has been dragging his feet for over a month.
He had a company come out within the first week and he said that the board wanted another bid.
The second company didn't come out until almost a month later.
I can't even live in my condo until it has been fixed.
Mike Miller doesn't care.

This is what the pool looks like at Beneva Ridge for Labor Day weekend! Dirty pool and broken chairs! At least $60k a month in HOA fees and this is the over priced management we pay for!!!

The most crooked company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Does not do anything for my community, Beneva Ridge. Rarely responds by email, only phone so there is no evidence of our dealings. Has been stealing money from our community, buys things for himself and his office with our HOA money. Admits to it and keeps on stealing. He should be in jail!!!!

Received nothing but rude replies and one sentence emails.
I followed up about a vehicle change asking if they received my email and why didnt i receive a response back and was told “there was nothing else to say” oh ok, so i am supposed to just do a rain dance and assume my email went through and all was ok.
As a brand new resident, i had to get info about everything from my realtor.
Nothing from here but rude replies.

As resident and board member of Terraces of Forest Lakes, I have had no problems with Miller Management - or with Debbie Miller. I think the organization is professional, highly responsive, and good at managing our property.

I moved into the "Terraces of Forest Lakes", ....three years ago and from day one... even before moving in.... I have had nothing but problems dealing with them.... and misinformation.... "Debbie Miller".... I could not agree more with "JMP SRQ"!.. Wrong information from the start! We have no on-site person to check the many, many.... questionable service calls... Miller Management, from my personal experience with numerous service calls ... "Just pays the Bill"... no management..... Debby gees offended whn you ask her pretty much anything...I have NEVER in three years seen the property management check any work or walk the property? This is all "my opinion"... but I have all the information "to back it up"... I wish the Board of Director who have been on for 30 plus years (3 or 4 of the 5 maybe 6 board members) would listen instead of costing all the residents more money..... MANY questionable service calls... "No Permits" on jobs that require them... when bought to the attention of Debby Miller... excuses... Lot's of plumbing without permits... ANYONE WANTS MORE INFORMATION... contact me!! Enough is enough!!

4 more years and even WORSE. Mike Miller and Debby (past) are/were the worst. They were being replaced but the president who was "buddies " with Debbie Miller, her neighbor, yup neighbor, told Debby Miller so she cried to her "mommy", Irene Miller who owns the company, what was about to happen so they quickly , resigned.. "Irene Miller wrote some sob story that we picked on Debby. "said we quit". What a freakin joke as they are guilty as sin in my opinion. Karma is a..... How could Irene Miller live in the place she manages? Terraces of Forest Lakes, Mike says she did not? Hmm but the county records show she has owned it for years? Then Debby moved in it? Then quit claim to Debby then back I am trying to get to the bottom of whether they paid the HOA fee for 30 years? Now to years after "be termed", two 30 year (80 yr old residents) and new woman who took over as president , hired the totally screwed up unorginized even after our attorney recommended "new companies". And it was not Miller.. for sure... Just like "Beneva Ridge", very fishy so I am glad the investigators are involved. BEWARE OF MILLER MANAGEMENT at all cost .... of course in my opinion.... TBC... ironing out now illegal contractor hired?

Absolutely the worst. I have been an owner as well as an Auditor or Associations and this Management Company is the most unreliable, unavailable, and unethical group of people I have ever dealt with. Incompetent staff not up on any current Florida Law Association requirements and if they are they make no effort to enforce or employ them. If looking for a company where you expect a return phone call, look elsewhere. If looking for a company who actually DOES the Property Management acts listed in the Association Contract they sign, look elsewhere. I would not recommend this organization to my worst enemy! In process of reporting them to CAM Board for violations and breech of Contract which our association has been paying. Excuses given: Health, but office is un-staffed and unavailable and they should not accept clients when they have no reliable help to fulfill contractual obligations.

Nice experience. Although there should be a discount on a gate sticker if you have to replace one. Shouldn't have to pay 30.00 everytime.
