GM of airport location is by far the worst boss i have ever had. I dont want to go into detail because of slander allegations. I have been in this buziness for 40 years and have never seen such a total mess of mismanagment. Corporate has been alerted to his behavior. Im guessing corporate has no clue who they hired or just dont care. They should be wary of multiple lawsuots they are coming trust me im in one of them

I am loving your service through Sr. friendship center. The meals are very tasty diversified and well portioned. The surprise snacks are always fun to open and to eat. I am so grateful for senior friendship centers resources and your food service. Thank you very very much.

Worked with Becky on selecting the menu for my wedding. Overall the food & service was excellent the day of, I only give them 3 stars because there were a few unfortunate events that made the wedding planning stressful.

My final bill came to 12k more from the proposal discussed when we were expecting about a 5k max margin of error. My only advise would be that you ask to review your proposal sooner rather than later. Unsure who is at fault here (the planner or the caterer)I still don't know to this day. Also, When I arrived at the wedding the glassware and the linens were not the ones I had chosen, once again unsure whether this was Metz fault or the planners. This totally ruined vision of my wedding and was devastated to see the table set up wasn't what I had chosen.

Overall, food/bar was great and service was awesome the day of.

Culinary Creations by Metz did a great job for our wedding! The food was delicious and our guests were very impressed. The staff was very attentive and courteous. The options were great and very customizable ranging from very fancy to down-to-earth. They were very professional with their quoting and even provided an itemized proposal when other caterers might throw out ballpark figures with no rhyme or reason. Becky and her team were super easy to work with. Highly recommend!

While walking my dogs this morning a Metz catering van came down my street (very small side street) at a fast pace right at us. The driver was looking at his phone the whole time. He never saw us and almost hit us.. perhaps a more strict policy show be put in place before someone gets hurt.

They're always here to maximize profit of their catering employees by ensuring the staff is as inadequately provided for and pay cuts are standard upon introduction. Staff are prohibited from even being provided a drink, let alone a meal; while working for them as their full time job. Typical greedy company with debatably average service standards.

Becky and her team are absolutely amazing. Becky's knowledge of the industry and weddings in general made my day not only absolutely stunning, but seamless. I actually had SO MUCH FUN at my wedding because I didn't have to worry about anything! The food was amazing, guests were raving all night long (and my crowd isn't always easy to please). I was in awe of her and the Metz team, I cannot reccomend them enought.

Recently had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Becky Souflis and her team at our daughter's wedding. Becky was in charge of the rehearsal dinner and wedding bar with Michael's on East handing the wedding dinner. You can not imagine a more professional, caring person than Becky. She went above and beyond in handling all those last minute snafus that always occur at a wedding. You can't go wrong with Becky and Culinary Creations by Metz for your party, event, or wedding.
