We began our project with a competing GJ construction company, but they couldn't handle the workload and missed deadline after deadline so we made the switch to Merritt and Co. They were able to step in, wrap their hands around the mess that had been created, and got after it. It made the most sense to go with a cost plus contract structure because of where we were when we switched companies and I'm happy to report that they have been fair and equitable with the project. We look forward to working with them in the years to come.

Merritt and his wonderful crew took what was an immensely stressful situation for me (moving a whole dental office on short notice) and made it one of the best experiences I have ever had working with any contracting group. Merritt and Associates G.C. Inc. is a premier general contracting company in Grand Junction, CO. They are the most well equipped and well staffed construction company in Western Colorado. Merritt has built many of the well known business buildings and shopping centers in Grand Junction. Merritt Sixbey, who is the owner is completely hands on in running his business. I have worked with Merritt on several projects and I do highly recommend Merritt and Associates G.C. Inc. for any residential construction or commercial construction projects.
