Beware of this company very unprofessional. We had so many issues with this company. We fired Merit, and hired a new company. Merit made us pay for 90 extra days. They wanted their money, but basically didn’t want to do any work, bc they were so angry! Our new management company is working for free for 90 days, so we do not have to pay 2 management companies. I am the president of our HOA. And Merit Management Rick the owner sent out a check for a hundred and ten thousand dollars by FedX to my house. My daughter found it thrown on our front porch, so unprofessional, no class. So be very careful with this Company. All of your junk fees you have a reputation out in the world. There are lots of Rick stories.

The biggest mistake we had to change companies. This company only cares about how much money they can get from you! They have taken houses from our neighborhood. People have lost their homes from fines . Do not go with this Merritt

We've volunteered for our HOA for over 15 years. In that time, we've worked with several different management companies. Merit is by far the best! The staff is knowledgeable, thoughtful, friendly and very professional. Our questions are answered quickly, we get help if needed and they keep us in sync with current laws, providing training for all our volunteers. If an issue does arise, they are right there to assist in resolving it. They work hard to ensure a positive relationship between themselves, our homeowners and the Board. If you're looking for excellent guidance and service, I very strongly recommend Merit Management for your Association!

Rick is very knowledgeable in his field and provides expert insight in to the management world. They bring in quality vendors that get the job done quickly and properly. During COVID, they provided many services to their communities and facilitated safe community engagement.
