Poor communication through the whole process. Now I’m getting calls from a debt collector for a hospital bill that was supposed to be settled and Juan has been ignoring my messages, just to be consistent with the previous experience.
I decided not to leave a bad review before when the case was closed, even though it was horrible, and all the miscommunication, and regardless of an incident where they had me go to the office where he was practicing law at the time for an appointment to wait for hours only for the lawyer to never show up, no apologies, not a word from the Juan.
This was my documented experience with this lawyer I wouldn’t recommend.
