May management manages our condominium here in St Augustine , not impressed!
We have had so many CAMs in the 5 years I’ve lived in our complex , we finally had the perfect CAM , hardworking, friendly , reliable and efficient, however when she experienced some health issues lately , she was cruelly and unceremoniously fired by May Management , she will probably lose her health insurance when she needs it the most .
Disgraceful example of corporate greed , I’m so glad we are changing Management companies and I wish our CAM all the very best for a full recovery and you deserve better !
As far as May Management , goodbye and good riddance!

Words cannot convey how terrible this management company is. I have been dealing with them for 10 years. it takes multiple calls to reach someone, no return calls, then you might speak to someone and think they've fixed the problem only to get a letter that you owe $3.43 in interest because they failed to make changes. Is there no other management companies HOA's can use?

So this management company is going around buying up HOA contracts. They are hot garbage. They charge for direct deposit, their website crashes constantly, please go out of business you are the worst

thieves, after we moved to our new home, we went on vacation and missed the HOA bill we did see but forgot to pay. This management team and their attorney, sent us mail that they would come and take our house if we didn't pay the bill with extra hundreds of dollars fees, and interest. I tried to talk to the manager and explained the situation but when I call the office to talk she was like deal with an attorney. So there are evils out there watch out folks God bless.

Terrible service. I have been calling and emailing Dottie Kriner for 3 weeks. Left several voicemails and sent at least 4 emails. No response. No acknowledgement. Never had such bad service from an HOA.

Unresponsive it has been over a week I still do not have a gate code to get in and out. They have a contract with Hotwire Communications to provide internet who does not bother to show for appointments. Do not move into a place managed by this company I move frequently for work and this has been the most miserable experience. At my formed home the HOA was quick responsive had efficient disaster response after a hurricane, unfortunately I’m now stuck with May

God awful management company. I have been hung up on multiple times, countless unanswered voicemails. How do you call yourself a management company but don’t manage any of the issues ……just sitting and collecting total bull.
