In 2022, we engaged Mathew's HR & Safety Consulting Services as a third party to perform an HR investigation. Our goal in engaging them was to create the right space for employees to feel comfortable and safe so they can be active participants in the investigation, and also to eliminate any conflicts of interest that would have been raised should we have had this handled by our in-house HR.
