Wonderful service and customer service was impeccable. Came in to buy paint the tech that assisted me was friendly, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Not only did Stacey mix my paint perfectly she helped me pick out the right brushes and rollers for my painting job. Stacey took the time to check out my purchases for me saving me from waiting in line,after seeing the other workers busy or not available. I appreciate her attention to details and fast service. Thanks so much. Will definitely come back again.

My Husband David Little went to get roofing shingles he took the bill of sales to back to back and the Yard man the check out man was arguing then Yard man attempted to give me the incorrect product, I had to go back in front and get the correct items. I did do so and Yard man still wouldn't do so The Lady who was said she was Mgr. Had to help load me load 20 pack of shingles while the Yard man just sit there. This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. And that Mgr need to get the employee reprimanded and you as a company need to get some training.

Give me a second, I'll give you a review after I finish loading a few thousand pounds of landscaping stone by myself; as the yard crew watched.

Terrible service, store is a mess! I waited for someone to mix paint and load an exterior door for 30 minutes and never got helped. I decided to go ahead and go to the lumber yard to pick out the wood we needed and pavers. Not only was most everything out of place or out of stock, three employees laughed and talked and never asked if I needed help.. I walked out after an hour and not one person cared. Marvin’s loss of $7500 plus today and any future purchases.

I called and asked if they had the boards we needed for our porches we are building. I stayed on hold for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes she came back on and said he was looking for them. I stayed on hold for 33 minutes total and finally hung up. There’s no way he was looking for that one particular type of board for 30+ minutes. We will just stop at Lowe’s to buy them. Ver bad service!

Customer service sucks.. I called waited 10 min for someone to help, then had to explain 100 times what I was looking for to at least 4 different people.. none of witch took the time to listen.. only wanted to now if they had a 60 gal fuel tank / tool box combo.. all one piece.. in store help isn't any better.. ughhhh..

It was clean. Well stocked.
