Mark Dyble: Business Coaching for Results

Really excellent and thought provoking talk from Mark this evening. Small adjustments can make huge differences to your bottom line. Definitely worth booking him for your business managers or your own business development. Know your figures!

Probably the best business advice we have had. Very much tailor made to the individual business, which is what you need. Mark is very friendly and approachable and generous with his time. He quickly understood our business, comprehended our aims and intentions and how to develop (no generalisations). His advice is sound and practical and something we can continue to work on in order to grow. There is no business jargon, just a very straightforward and helpful approach. It's early days with Mark but so far we've had a couple of conversations and identified points of action to improve the business. His book, building a Successful Business also has great advice and examples of daily business activities or issues that might not have been thought of when running a startup.

I approached Mark to facilitate the awayday for our senior team as he offered a good understanding of team dynamics within small-medium businesses, such as ours.
