It was my first time buying a vacant lot and I was doing my due diligence on the land. I had downloaded a list of companies who performs perc testing from the Shatsa County website. The first few places I called either did not answer or were booked a few months out and I couldn't wait that long. Cramer was on my property within a week. He made it very easy for me after showing him where I was going to build the house. He looked at the slope of the land and told me where the tank and leach lines would go best, keeping in mind where my neighbors water wells were and septic systems. Cramer was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He was very reasonably priced, professional and always showed up on time. He also hooked me up with a guy that can install my tank and lines for me, making this whole process so much easier on me. The soil report came in a few days earlier than I expected and I couldn't be happier with the job Cramer Consulting did for me.
