I hired Maetu because my lender recommended her. I support black businesses and so I was excited to hire her. I spoke to her told her specifically what I wanted to be removed on my credit. I had 3 creditor she looked them up and assured me she would be able to have them removed. With that said I signed up and submitted my full payment. This was 03/3/2020 she stated in 3 months I will see major change. It’s now 6/8/2020 nothing but a fraudulent letter that was sent to all 3 credit bureaus. I contact her experiencing my concerns and asked for a solution she stated she will give me a partial refund after deducting her hourly fee and materials. I was shocked because she haven’t done anything except submit one letter to the credit bureaus. I went back and forth with her about receiving a full refund. She laughed and quoted her contract stating that the agreement state that nothing is guaranteed. I am disgusted by how she handled this situation I would not recommend her if she was the last credit repair company on earth

I contacted her in regards to credit repair. This was my second go around with her so I know what she is capable of. My issue is I paid in full for second go around and when I tried to call her in regards to not receiving any feedback from the credit bureaus after several months no response. I called to see why I wasn’t receiving anything from the bureaus , left several messages on voicemail and texts to the phone no response. My original rating was 5 stars and she promised to send me a gift card for the rating and for being a returning customer but NEVER RECEIVED THAT EITHER. When I change my rating from 5 stars to 1 star, she then decided to call me to see what was going on. She didn’t try to make me feel as a wanted customer nor did she offer an explanation to me not receiving anything from the bureaus. She failed to respond to me and didn’t even apologize for her wrongdoing. And she also didn’t provide any proof that she was working on my file and have sent documents to the bureaus on my behalf. She didn’t offer to even give me some of my money back because she didn’t come through on her end smh!!!!

I paid for credit repair services in July of 2020 for them to simply remove inquiries. I was told I’d have results in 3 months. I paid in full for the service and received no positive results and no accountability of anything done to actually dispute the issues. I was told that nothing was guaranteed and the lack of results was blamed on the pandemic. This company is a fraud I’d highly suggest you don’t hire them to fix your credit. You won’t get anyone to answer your calls and no proof of work being done will be sent to you. I hate that folks are out here taking advantage of people.

I paid in full for credit repair services in June of 2020. Spoke with someone at the initial inquiry . Once I paid Never recieved any updates about my credit . There were no changes as far as my credit goes..This company was highly recommended by Roz the realtor. As for me I would not recommend anyone to engage in business with this company at all. Scammer
