I don’t have the name of the lady but now that the store is closing they refused to adjust a watch that I just purchased online.
Also o order a 1Million mens gift set, they sent me an open 1Million woman perfume. I returned and now that I’m trying to reorder with my star money I can’t. I chat with PUNITH N. Who told me that he/she can’t adjust my order. I respuesta a supervisor and was told that the Supervisor will not do it. Poor customer care all around.

I really enjoyed visiting this branch, there are 5 different floors! One for each kids, women, men, perfumes and also jewelry. There is also a big part with clearance but there is a big mess I didn’t like that. How ever you should visit this branch if your near dekalb

the Macy's store in downtown Brooklyn and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the jewelry staff. They were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect piece of jewelry. Their warm and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home and added to the overall pleasant shopping experience.

Not only was the jewelry staff top-notch, but the store's cleanliness was spotless. I was impressed by how well-maintained and organized everything was. Additionally, the calming scent that permeated the air added to the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

The quality of service provided by the jewelry staff truly stood out to me. They were able to answer all of my questions and provided valuable insights and recommendations that helped me make an informed decision. They were patient, understanding, and truly went the extra mile to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase

My favorite Macy's store in the United States is in Heard Square. The Macy's Art in Bloom is super uplifting and the selection of clothing here is awesome!
July 2024 I was shopping at the Downtown Brooklyn Macys and they have a lot of women's clearance on the third floor. I appreciate this store remaining in Downtown Brooklyn and it's always worth shopping here

I completely enjoyed my first visit to this location. It was a quick stop with friends which was good or I may have spent too much money.

There were a lot of good deals. I didn't pay any more than $30 for my coat. I loved the unique baking pan I found as it'd be perfect for brownie bites. They had a very good selection of shoes, including in larger sizes. Looking forward to visiting again the next time I'm in the city.

I went to the Macy's on Fulton St and the bag was sold out but the cashier lady was so kind and helpful that I was able to fine a different bag for my daughter so hopefully she will loveeee this one. nice store, clean, not too busy, very large, but Jesus Christ it was so hot inside. It’s 50° outside but inside it was scorching. I had to take off all my layers and walk around with them in my hands and even then I was sweating. I got a cab home and would rather wait for my cab outside than inside. That says something

The store was incredibly tidy and roomy. We found a wide variety of choices, but there was just one dressing room available on the third floor where we were shopping. We spent approximately 20 minutes waiting for the fitting room and another 20 minutes at the checkout counter. There was only one cashier on duty, and we were the next customers in line. The waiting time seemed somewhat excessive. Nonetheless, it's a pleasant shopping destination overall.
