This consulting group is the real deal. Paul Berman was our consultant/coach that led our team during the process. Paul was able to evaluate quickly and create a plan for success. Each visit we were able to implement some new processes where needed and polish some others that were already in place. Paul was there through the whole implementation of these processes making sure they were understood by everyone before leaving. We have seen an immediate rise in CSI and shop productivity with a decrease in stress for our employees . I would recommend this group to anyone wanting results. Thanks Paul!!

Have had the pleasure working with Joe Keagy in the past and it’s always a great learning experience. Lee Harkins and his staff are truly professional. They bring a great deal of knowledge to any fixed operations department. Even if you think your the best at what you do when it comes to running a service or parts department. You have to get them involved!
