I was stuck looking for a new home, that was until a friend recommended me Leticia. Leticia is a great realtor who guided me through tough decisions and answered all questions I had. She went above and beyond during the whole process, making sure we were completely ready for our move. She's the reason I'm in a happier home now! Leticia and her team are incredible!! I worked with this company for 6 years and I have not one negative thing to say! I HIGHLY recommend LZ Realty! I had an amazing experience with everyone including Beatriz and Maggie who were always so helpful when I needed assistance. This company was definitely a headache to work with. I will never go through another private owner again. They refused to replace the patio screen door, and told us to go to Home Depot to buy our own (the screen doors at this property were custom made, so you couldn’t just buy one that fit properly). Their “maintenance technician” tried to pop the screen door back on the track and told us to “pull slowly” - that was his only advice. Next, the guest bathroom tub/shower knob was very hard to pull out for water (also the clear plastic knob was filled with mold). Again, the maintenance technician told us to “pull slowly” to get it work properly, ever though it was almost impossible to pull out to get the water to run. The worst pain was dealing with the crappy, old dryer for two years that we kept complaining about and they refused to replace it. It would take over two hours to dry one medium load. They sent people to clean out the dryer vents but it still didn’t resolve the issue. Our fridge also started to leak inside and the guy they sent used tape to stop the leak and charged us over $100 for the job. We finally moved out and it took over 50 days to get our security deposit back, even though they told us it would only be 15-30 days and took $750 out of the deposit for normal paint wear and tear on the primary bathroom vanity and guest bathroom tub. Stay away from this company.

Overall had an ok experience with this company other then speaking to Maggie a rude office worker. The apartment we rented for 2 years was absolutely not renovated as stated in the listing. Maybe some “upgrades” at the least. Not well maintained. We have been waiting way over 40 days for our deposit to come in the mail. In 7 years of renting I have never waited this long for a security deposit check. // UPDATE: check came with $750 taken out for normal wear and tear on a tub and some missing paint on the vanity. Lol. Trash company.

Best realtor in SoFlo!! She’s reliable, efficient, responsible and truly cares about meeting her clients need! She helped my cousin sell his house and buy a bigger one. She met with him and his wife and listened to what they wanted and answered all their concerns. The sale and purchase was done in just a few weeks and it was an easy process with fluid communication. She also helped me find my very first apartment to rent on my own, she listened to what I was looking for and showed me many options and helped me decide on the best choice for me.
