If you're looking for an IT person to help you with your computer problems look no further. Chris is the guy. He helped me troubleshoot my computer. Due to the circumstances of my problem being a hardware issue, we had to run multiple tests, Chris was able to remotely access my computer and help. He also video chated with me in walking me through what I needed to do.

Chris is very experienced and most importantly friendly and very funny. While we were trying to set up the troubleshooting software and stuff, we were running in too much trouble as my computer had some other issues that needed to be addressed. Chris made it a lot less stressful. If I was on my own trying to figure this stuff out, I would have probably punched a hole through my monitor out of frustration. Chris is the best. He saved my monitors life‐ for now. LOL
