After 17+ years working in the aerospace business, I launched my own company in April 2015 and moved from Wisconsin to Florida. It did not take too long before I realized that I desperately needed expert guidance to ensure that my S Corporation was set up properly with regard to taxation, payroll and other compliance issues.
