i would not be alive if not for this place. The therapist for adults here in the psych unit is absolutely incredible, they feed me very well, got me on a schedule and snapped me out of it with the help of good medication technique and understanding. i wish they would get their tech and nurse staffing in order, there are some people who do not need to work there unfortunately, but i will always be in debt to Angelika, Tim, and G (Gennifer). and DR JEN! thank you guys. you saved my life.

I had a disappointing experience with a crisis operator who answered my call. Despite sharing something (STRICTLY for context) regarding a reproductive surgery, I felt corrected and dismissed. Regardless of the fact that she was right, it wasn’t appropriate to correct me over a minuscule detail of MY life as I am having a literal mental breakdown. The conversation took an unhelpful turn when I mentioned being a postpartum mom, and the operator's tone came across as cold and intrusive of the details about my children.

This encounter was vastly different from a positive experience I had with another operator in October. Unfortunately, last night's call left me feeling unheard and unsupported- it in fact made me even more upset.

I hope that in the future, crisis operators will prioritize empathy and understanding. If you're in crisis, I recommend reaching out to the national hotline or seeking support from a different local service (if there is one, idk.) until Life Management’s operators are better trained to handle such calls.

I will say that my psychiatrist and therapist are outstanding, and I have had no negative experiences under their care.

I just got a phone call from LMC. The young lady was so polite and concerned when she told me the individual with whom I had a 10:45 AM appointment today called in and quit! For a licensed professional I find this unaccpetable. The young lady went on to say they currently do not have any other persons available. The person who called me was kind, professional, and apologetic. For her I'd give her 6 stars! Thank you for your kindness and professionalism!

Seen my doctor last month and she wrote me a prescription and didnt sign it without my knowledge. After waiting over 5 hours for the prescription to be filled i was then informed that it wasnt signed and i needed to go BACK and get it signed. After doing such and waiting another 2 hours for the prescription to be filled i was then told the pharmacy couldnt verify the prescription and i needed to contact the doctor AGAIN. After calling life management MULTIPLE times and having to return to the facility for the third time in my manic state i was told i needed to " CALM DOWN " that "MISTAKES"
" HAPPEN. "

So due to the doctor's negligence her
" MISTAKE " lead to the manic state and panic attack it caused me

IN RETURN I WAS YELLED AT AND TOLD TO CALM DOWN LIKE THIER MISTAKE WAS SOME HOW MY FAULT. IM NOT A DOCTOR BUT EVEN I KNOW THAT A PRESCRIPTION HAS TO BE SIGNED FOR IT TO BE VAILD AND EVERYONE I SPOKE TO THAT DAY AT THE FACILITY ABOUT THE ISSUE WAS RUDE AND I WAS TREATED LIKE IT WAS NO BIG DEAL.

So if some of there doctors dont realize they have to actually sign the prescriptions they write for them to be vaild and " MISTAKES HAPPEN " ..... What other " MISTAKES " have they made that have caused people issues with their mental health or health problems in general due to their negligence ?

This place the back building is where they torture “Patients” with gasses enter the back to the right is a padded room where they pump two gasses to knock you out. These people give you 1 pill and in less then 24 hours a blackout happened from taking one pill - that was my death date 11-11-2011. (Truck with pole through the front passenger seat) Myself and service dog walked away. While I was there I monitored everything. #PureEvil #Unsupervised” + Oh and on the tv (which you can find what was playing on tv….this place was allowing patients to watch the movie “Thirteen Ghosts” yes the glass house horror film…#DOGE2025 needs to close these unorthodox facilities. I’m writing this review because people need to know, it looks like an answer to problems while it is not.

The only sort of crisis intervention they offer is building E, where you'll be trapped for an unknown period of time. The front desk staff aren't good at problem solving. The doctors won't prescribe anything for immediate relief. I'm prescribed anti depressants and a mood stabilizer. Nothing for anxiety and I have no medical marijuanna, it's expired because I had the flu/stomache bug and cannot be seen for it until June. I'm gonna do something really dramatic today! Thanks for the help life management!

Do not go here. Horrible. They do not care about patient mental health.
Was referred by my PCP, but told on phone they will not diagnose adults for ADHD or ASD.
Ok. I get it. Not all Psychs wanna diagnose adults. But I literally just read reviews on here of adults that were getting ADHD treatment!!!!
Do they won’t diagnose, but they will treat?
I wasn’t even told that!
AND, even though my referral also had Depression on it, the person who called was snippy, cut me off when I was trying to talk, and basically told me “No. We can’t help you.”
I wonder how many people they have turned away and how many people they have permanently hurt from this behavior. Didn’t even offer names of someone who could help.

Never got to even receive care for my 5 year old. They cancelled my appt 30 minutes before because they failed to mention you have to be in a different building an hour before your appt to do some very repetitive paperwork that they won't let you take home. Thanks for cancelling making it easier to go somewhere else
