I went to my first open house at the beginning of our search for a home where I met Gina. I was searching in a city new to me and knew little of the area. She helped me get to know the areas that would be great for my business. I spent over an hour at that home and Gina was wonderful as I thoroughly looked at the home. She answered so many questions about that home and the neighborhoods I might find interesting. Over the next few weeks if I had a question she was available and we began a formal search with great email search results. It went fast and she was on top of it all the way. Gina has helped us pruchase and sell properties with an eye toward supporting us and the adult kids. She is knowledgeable about aging in place as well as properties to serve the needs of the young adults and their children. Gina is exceptionally knowledgable about the nitty gritty of contract for sale and purchase, tax situations with the city, finances as well as changing out a faucet and sink-yes she helped me do that. She has become a friend to call when we need a contractor, advise on renovation ideas with an eye to resell. When my friends are extremly stressed during their real estate adventures she is willing to share her knowledge with them expecting nothing in return. Selling a home is stressful alone but add in family and she is their to help maintain the calm, peace, joy with her skills.
