These guys talk a good talk, but when it comes to customer service, it's terrible. We have been their customer for most of this year, but communication dropped off the cliff back in the Summer. We hounded them for attention, they blamed the spam folders—yes, an IT company blamed spam. We were willing to accept that explanation, but still we are sitting here MONTHS LATER with no results. Over the last two weeks, multiple members of our team have contacted them via email or phone, and even opened a support ticket. We cannot get a human to respond. This is not a company that I can support.

[Edit: After I posted this review, Level5 made attempts to make things right. However, after months of back and forth, it still was never functional as they promised. I think they're nice people, but they were not able to help our company, and we had to go to someone else. I've revised it to 2 stars instead of 1, because they seem like decent people, but they did not complete the project after a very, very long time of having it.]

I would recommend Level5 for any business in need of IT services. I have referred Level5 to other companies and I always hear positive feedback. The firm I work for has been utilizing their services for about two years now and their services greatly surpass the services of the former IT firms we have worked with in the past. Level5 offers a wide range of services to include IT support, onsite technical support as well as VOIP services. We are currently stuck in our VOIP contract, but our company plans to switch to Level5 as soon as we are able. Level5 is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. They use the most up-to-date technology and are fairly priced. Their employees are courteous, personable and maintain a high level of professionalism. If your company is in need of IT services, these are your guys.
