My husband and I recently built a new home with Lennar at Barefoot Lakes. This house is a perfect fit for our family. We have plenty of room to grow and so far an amazing view and great neighbors. The one thing I would say to anyone looking for a new home in the Barefoot Lakes neighborhood would be do your research, know what you are getting into in regards to taxes and the happenings at the lake (being able to recreate on it).

Briana was great to work with, she answered all our questions and concerns. If she didn't know something she went out of her way to find out the answer. She was a big factor in us purchasing here as we felt very comfortable with her and we knew we could trust her.

We are excited to see what our future holds here. 🙂

We absolutely love our home here! Brianna, the sales rep, has been absolutely fantastic. We met her almost a year ago and closed on our home 8 months ago and she’s still keeping in touch and making sure everything is solid for us and helping with various developments. My name is Heidi and I was contracted to buy 5213 Inland Ave Aug 25, 2022. Three weeks before closing I paid $600 for a home inspection. The inspection report on this house was 176 pages long with poor quality. My home inspector used infrared technology to examine the basement walls and their were water leaks from the outside faucets going in the house. Flashing was missing on the roof. There were small holes in the roof. The gutters were level.

The building manager, an arrogant female laughed at me when I tried to discuss this.

The trade quality of the house was extremely poor. The counters were not level. The paint was mismatched all over the house. Corners did not meet properly. Do not do business unless you intend to spend money on a proper home inspection.

I cannot say how disappointed I am with Lennar as a builder. Now that we are settled in and we find out more and more about the community we are feeling as though we have been duped. The cove ends up being a rec center for the whole world to enjoy. If my son wants to have a friend over we have to pay money on top of our already being raised HOA fees so they can swim. We cannot go into the lakes without paying money. The craftsmanship of our home, just 9 months in, is showing how poor it was done. I have officially made a plan to get out of this community as soon as possible. I am so very disappointed and hold Lennar responsible for this. I would never have paid this money for this house if we would have know that prior to purchase. My homes value has dropped, not only to me but to my neighbors as well. So very disappointing. I planned on this being the last house I ever purchase. Thanks a lot Lennar, you have ruined what was such a happy point for me. I will never buy a Lennar or recommend this company to anybody.
