We recently booked Legacy Limo for our corporate trip to Dallas, and the experience was fantastic! I contacted a few companies, but after speaking with Bob, I knew we were in great hands. He even upgraded us to a larger bus to accommodate our group, at no additional cost! Our driver, Tori, was also exceptional—always on time and very attentive, which made our trip even better. We will definitely be using Legacy Limo again if were ever in the area!

We had a terrible experience!! The bus did arrive promptly on time however, it was extremely hot! The air was blowing warm air. The back of the bus had a small fan attached to the wall, it was on and did nothing for the heat. The driver offered to go to Home Depot and purchase a larger fan and install it and offered "extra comp time" for the installation time it would take, we declined the offer and luckily did so bcs after we were dropped off the bus broke down! One of my party guest helped get the bus back up and running so they didn't have to tow it!! - We had to wait an additional 5 hours past our original pick up time for another bus to pick us up!! this was supposed to be a celebration for my dad's retirement. No one called us with any updates we were just scrambled trying to figure out how to get back home. Now I'm in process of figuring out how to get our money back as we were charged for the entire booking. I'd give them zero stars of I could!

Legacy Limo is apparently a broker and really does not own a vehicle. I asked and paid for a 28 pass bus for my group in Sept for 12 hours. The bus that picked us up was indeed a 28 pass bus for my group of 21, but during my event, they switched buses and gave us the one shown. One guy had to sit up on ledge to get all of us on bus. Pic of both buses. Do not use them!!!

What a great experience from beginning to end. I called to reserve a party bus and got the owner, Bob on the phone. I could instantly tell he was all about making sure we had a great time. Without asking, he offered a larger vehicle at the same price as a smaller one. They advertise -no hidden fees - and that is exactly how they roll (pun intended). Our driver, James, was prompt, friendly, and made sure we had a blast. I will definitely use Legacy Limo again!!!

SUPER HAPPY with the service, quality and cleanliness of vehicles. They were able to accommodate a group of executives coming to town for a few days with a variety of rentals and transfer options, with short notice. Very clear communications daily. Absolutely recommend.

What an amazing experience! Rented for my teen daughter and a large group of friends for the last day of school! The owner was on point and our driver was amazing! It was so much fun to see them let loose and get a little crazy and have fun! Highly recommend! Wouldn't even look at any other place after renting with them! This will be my go to place for future celebrations for sure!
