Very unprofessional company. We initially spoke to Bernie in December. We filled him in on everything that we had, and we decided to move forward with him.
We sent him all of the documents and information in early February. After nearly 2 months of barely any communication, we received an email from him in the morning with him saying "theres going to be a little more work than anticipated." We didn't think it was a big deal and simply asked what our new bill for his services were going to cost. We didn't hear anything from him till 7 pm that day via email with him dropping us as a client. There were no changes or new documents from the time we initially sent everything to the time he dropped us.

Wonderful , knowledgable staff. Tax season isn't always a great experience, but they made it bearable!! My father has used this company for years, and when I found myself in a situation and needed help, I knew exactly where to go. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Myself and my family have been with LeFils for many years, and in the last few recommended several friends after a consistent and professional experience.

LeFils, however, has repeatedly forgotten my referrals as clients, failed to respond to calls or emails asking basic questions or even updates after weeks of radio silence, and eventually submitted tax paperwork so late that it incurred fines. I am honestly mortified and couldn't believe what I heard from them. No explanation, no apology.

If you've been with LeFils for a while then your files are probably comfortably part of their system. But if you're new, I cannot recommend any new clientele in good consciousness. Prepare for a lot of useless correspondence and money loss.

I have been working with Lefils as my accountant for over 15 years. When I first started the business they were the local firm in Orange City and I decided to give them a shot. Greg was intelligent, well spoken and certainly had the experience I needed to help a young entrepreneur get set up properly. Pricing was fair and service was always fantastic. Over the years I have needed countless opinions or assistance with Quickbooks. Currently Greg's son Bernie has taken on more of a roll and he is who I work with now. There has been no difference in the relationship and I continue to be satisfied. All of the staff at the Orange City location are friendly and helpful and Ruthann has been delightful to work with. Her knowledge of QB's helps keep me on track. Ignore the bad reviews, this place is top notch.
