I have done 2 seminars now with Leading Response. I have worked with Lisa Hlava, and she has done a great job of helping me. I am a new advertiser in the seminar game, and she helped me navigate this project, and make adjustments to it. Plus, the 2 seminars that I have had have had great attendance.

5 star Disaster!!!! Very disorganized. Lots of chaos. They need to change their name to: MISLEADING RESPONSE..! If you plan of joining their team, you can count on a 20 day wait before day 1. Must use apps for pay and HR. If you need assistance from someone, you will get NO assistance. They are good at emailing you several times with NO assistance, just words to fill that person day so they have something to do. This place is a train wreck. Thats being nice. Unfriendly, lazy staff. Run away from this company!!

Save your money. Jennifer Nicholson does not care about your campaign. She didn't mail the people we agreed to mail, and when I emailed her about it, she blamed me. I personally would not recommend her to anyone. From the very beginning of working with her was a nightmare. If I didn't already book the restaurant I would have canceled. I requested multiple times for her to switch me to someone that would take my campaign seriously, but she refused. I'm sure leading response is a good company, unfortunately I worked with someone that is either burnt out, or my money didn't matter to her. I will be using other companies from now on.

Waste of time and money! One week before my "seminar" I had no one signed up and was informed by Leading Response my employees were responsible for setting up the venue and everything else. What exactly did Leading Response do except send out mailers? We got what they call 10 leads but those were just 10 people looking for a free meal, only 3 of those people were actual leads.
