I have three favorites:

1. Being together in person.
2. The foundation meetings and the message to take care of yourself. It was important for every single person.
3. Role playing. It created the visual expectation for the team.

What was your least favorite part of the training?: Having to pivot to virtual. It just isn’t the same.
