Kim Seace took my case on last minute and picked up the reins from a highly skilled attorney and expressed the strengths in my case that saved my from a 5 yr sentece. I was falsely accused and would not settle for a plea bargain on my innocence. I was sitting in court on one of my final hearings when I started praying to our Heavenly Father AND God told me that not to worry that the Battle Is Already Won. After that I just smiled and gave my happiness to the Judge and the court. Kim Seace represented my boyfriend who was facing 13 charges that was made up of six F3 felonies and seven misdemeanors for two seprant case's. The best plea deal you could ask for especially at such short notice at my boyfriend's requests.Upon picking up the second case she was able to negotiate for 36 months probation and get him adjudication with held wich basically means that after he completes probation he gets his rights back wich he can vote poccess a fire arm and most importantly when ask on any application are you you a convicted felon he's answer is no I'm not. That's amazing and he could even be off in as early as 18 months .She took his case pro bono (free) an treated he like he was her best up front cash paying cleint .
