I initially inquired about scheduling an appointment and was given a date they could see me. However, prior to the appointment, a payment was required, which I never made. Despite not confirming or paying for the appointment, they went ahead and scheduled it anyway.

When I called back a few weeks later to officially schedule and pay, I was told I was considered a "no-show" for the appointment I never confirmed. Apparently, I was expected to cancel an appointment I never agreed to.

Additionally, I reached out via phone and email on a Friday but didn’t receive a response until Monday morning. Ironically, it seems the upfront payment isn’t actually required—since they were apparently still expecting me.

Overall, very frustrating and unprofessional experience.
