I paid Landmark Engineering $1,200 for a survey back in 2020 for our house in Bellvue; but they sent me survey results for somewhere in Loveland. No one answers the phone when you call the number they have listed. I have left voicemails with 3 different people at the company and sent repeated emails with zero response. This is my last ditch effort in hopes someone from the company will finally return my calls or emails.

Very nice experience in having Landmark come to my home to survey my residential property boundary. The office kept in contact with me for updates to their arrival. When Dani arrived, she greeted me with a nice smile and then got to work to survey and mark out the boundaries. She was quite knowledgeable, very friendly and spoke in a kind manner. She had to do some extra work to find the property line at the NW corner of the front yard because the city has replaced the sidewalk along there and they didn't re-mark the sidewalk with the + that should be chiseled into the sidewalk. I asked several questions, which she kindly answered. When she completed her work, she took me around the perimeter to show me and to explain what she had done. I would use them again and recommend Landmark Engineering as a valuable resource.

We used Landmark Engineering for a new home build project in Larimer County. We couldn't have made a better choice for our project. We had a deadline to meet and they were able to deliver everything we needed by the time frame we needed. They provided excellent communication and responded to our questions quickly. We would highly recommend there engineering expertise to anyone that is looking for a good engineering firm!
