The cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory. However, the breakfast service was poor. It is surprising that this establishment shares ownership with the Best Western, which offers a diverse and well-presented breakfast.

Very nice accommodations. Breakfast wasn't much to write home about but then it was a typical continental breakfast.
Rooms were very nice. Most staff were very friendly. Some I got the impressing I was bothering them with my question.
Overall, good experience. If stay here again.

Our tour started here. The staff were accommodating to the needs of our group such as repacking our suitcases in the lobby and allowing us to leave bags for a few days. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Good wifi, good water pressure in the shower. One of our lights did not work and we reported it and were told it would be fixed the next day. It wasn't. That was slightly inconvenient. Breakfast was very basic but we were given coupons to go to the Best Western next door for a cooked breakfast. Don't know if this is the norm for all guests but I was glad we had this option. The fitness room was basic (a bit claustrophobic) but provided just what I needed, a space to stretch and move around and do a brief workout.

The room is nice, and location is great. You do not get to control your thermostat and the staff is unable to help. I asked at 8 am, noon, 4pm, and 9pm each time for help with room temp and a fan. They begrudgingly gave me a fan around 9:30 and suggested I open the patio door. Main reason I booked this place was it claims to offer air conditioning but it's clearly at their discretion only.

I was so surprised by the quality of these rooms. My room was fantastic! I was in town for a convention and had reason to see rooms at two other hotels. I didn't have the heart to tell them that their rooms were pitiful compared to mine!
I had a beautiful, roomy, clean king suite with a kitchenette and a view. This will definitely be my first choice on future trips.
My only disappointment was lack of food and beverage on-site. Only breakfast available was at the American Legion. However, everything else I needed was within easy walking distance.

Very convenient location in town. Kitchenette offers large microwave, toaster, single serve coffee maker, plates, and flatware. Shower gets very hot with great water pressure. Sundry options are limited to mostly snacks and a very tiny selection of toiletries.

Slightly disappointed that for the price there wasn't some kind of breakfast included and the sundry section was lacking.

This is a clean, nice and new hotel with very comfortable beds. The laundry room was clean and the machines worked well to scrub the grime off our traveled in clothes. The very friendly front desk staff were very helpful when we needed to extend our stay due to weather delays. Would highly recommend.

Newer hotel (2018)...suite was nice, good view of the harbor. Sliding door with small patio, nice living/ office space. But the mugs/glasses were horribly dirty. Still, decent price for what you get.
