My husband and I were very pleased with the exceptional communication and service received from Laura and her Team at Knight/ Barry Title Group throughout both our home selling and purchasing processes.

We truly appreciated Laura's ongoing efforts to make our home selling and purchasing as smooth as possible. We received top notch communication from the beginning stages of selling our home to the purchase and close of our new home.

She exhibited tremendous patience and professionalism when the Mortgage Company we dealt with were not responsive to her, or us as the customers. She did not allow their behavior to affect her sound attitude and adept skills to perform her duties in the most efficient way. Laura held both closings at our home to maximize the convenience to us.

Laura is an expert in her field and we would recommend her to everyone we know that is buying or selling a property as she is professional in every aspect of the word. She will always address your questions / concerns in a timely manner. Laura thoroughly explained the documents we were signing so we had a good understanding. We felt good in knowing that Laura was looking out for our best interest in protecting our sensitive information.

The only negative: There were 8 credit card payments that were to be made by the Title Agent the day after closing with the home proceeds. It has been 11 days (7 business days including a Holiday) and not one of those payments have reached the creditor yet. This is causing a little anxiety on our end. In the future, it would prove to be more efficient to pay the credit cards in a different manner other than the US Mail - for obvious reasons; the delay. We are hoping to see the payments posted soon.

Trying to close an owner financed trust property from 1500 miles away in Wisconsin can be a daunting challenge, but not with the knowledgable professionals at Knight Barry in St. Augustine.
Laura and Mayia were accessible every time I called, and believe me I called a lot! Everything went smoothly and I appreciate their attention to my concerns and every detail of the transaction.
