Professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring staff. Willing to take the time to answer all questions, ensure the customer is comfortable, well cared for and safe. If you think ketamine is the treatment option you need, these are the absolute best people to work with.

My entire experience here was fantastic. I was pleased to receive a full education (with peer reviewed studies included) on vitamin infusions. Everyone at the clinic is amazing! I had Mercury Toxicity and I’m always super careful what I put in my body. I did a couple of the weight loss shots. I lost 7 lbs and actually felt less anxiety and had more energy. Definitely will do more in the future. I also had a really bad migraine and was nauseous. Dr. Pennell was absolutely amazing she got me all set up with an infusions. A hour later I had no headache or nauseous. It’s was such a blessing! Highly recommend them!

If you are considering this form of treatment I cannot recommend it or Dr. Pennell enough. Dr. Pennell and her team are beyond compassionate, flexible, and invested in the success and improvement of the patients they see. The experience with Dr.Pennell is the most positive I have had with a medical professional. I have never felt so heard in my life or safe with the person I was entrusting my care to.

While this is highly personal and an intimate struggle to talk about -- I hope that anyone who has doubt can understand the unbelievable potential of going through infusion. While this is a less discussed option and not the most information seems available, I hope this helps.

After almost 20 years of intense struggling and trying every medication, treatment, therapy, and option I could I was extremely hopeless and deeply suffering with persistent depression and suicidal ideation. I had given up after a long history of falling into dangerous and self destructive behavior and attempts due to what felt like unending suffering. I had never been more desperate for help. This is where I was when I started treatment.

While ketamine infusion is not a magic bullet, the most relief I have ever experienced from my symptoms since their onset has come from this treatment. I feel I have the capacity to heal and progress and continue other treatment with this newfound relief and restored hope that there is something out there that could help. I believe that this treatment has been an opportunity to completely change my life and feel it saved me and gave me the hope and relief that I have been fighting for a long time. Especially after I felt that I had exhausted everything that I could do or try to be better with no success. If you have any hesitation I cannot recommend enough calling and getting information at the very least to see if this is right for you. Dr. Pennell is knowledgeable and communicates well the process, tailors the series of infusions to fit your needs, always lets you what to expect, ensures that an overall bizarre experience is as comfortable as possible, and checks in frequently to monitor and ensure you are getting the care you need. I could praise Dr. Pennell and ketamine infusion endlessly.

Myself and my family are beyond grateful for the opportunity ketamine infusion has given me in life. Thank you for everything Dr. Pennell. I truly believe this is what is going to change and improve treatment options and the quality of life for all who are suffering from treatment resistant difficulties.

I can’t enough great things about my IV therapy at KIWS! As an athlete, and fitness professional, I’d like to think my body awareness is above average. I rarely get sick, but when I do, it’s pretty serious.
I found myself in this situation with a 102.7 fever, and needing to board a flight for Whistler, BC later in the afternoon. With meds not working, I decided to contact Dr. Pennell at Ketamine Infusion and Wellness Specialists, and luckily, they had time to see me that day. The atmosphere is professional and inviting, and most importantly, the IV worked!
My temperature was back to normal and I felt like myself again before I arrived at the airport!
Turns out there are many different types of services they provide in addition to IV therapy, and these are REAL DOCTORS- board certified anesthesiologists- not nurses or nurse practitioners(no disrespect).
Apparently, they have patients come from over 100 miles for treatment on a regular basis, and I can see why. They’re definitely worth the trip!
If you find yourself on the western slope of Colorado, and not feeling 100%, I would recommend you visit the doctors at Ketamine Infusion and Wellness Specialists very much.

Came here to have my first IV session. Dr. Pennell is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere was great as well! I received the detox drip and I couldn’t have been more pleased!! Dr Pennell is, simply put, an angel on earth. She has a knack for easing any doubt or uneasiness. I have had more than a few Ketamine treatments, and each time was explained thoroughly. All of the doctors on the team made sure during each and every session they monitored me and that everything was running smoothly. Follow up texts or phone calls checking on my wellbeing in the days after have never failed. I am loving the new location, it is such a warm, inviting, and safe environment. The recent partnership with Faith Holistic Ventures, is fantastic. I have no words at the progress I have made after a lifetime of searching for the tools to still my brain. I used to be dependent on IV Valium, but after a 72 hour trial the urge to continue to take Valium was flat out gone. I still take Valium, but in pill form with all my other medications. I now am on IV Dilautid and Versed, I have yet to feel the need for another Ketamine trial. While I was receiving treatment Dr. Pennell came every single day to check in on me and to also talk with my mom who has had over 25 years of experience in the medical field. She is so genuinely nice and pleasant to be around. She truly cares about her patients, and if you show her the respect she deserves, she will show you the same amount of respect. In short, Dr. Pennell is an angel that I would trust with my life.
