Kelly Hanick is amazing. She went above and beyond for us when we bought our house. The seller had the worst so called "dream team" realtors. They dragged their feet, never had anything done on time nor kept Kelly in the loop. But Kelly never let up on them and was still able to get us to close early like we had asked. If and when we buy or sell we are definitely calling Kelly. My husband and I have already recommended Kelly and will continue to do so!

Kelly was great from start to finish! We had to look at the house several times after or offer was accepted and she always made time for us. My family had owned a lot in Sugarmill Woods for years. My Mom recently decided it was time to sell. I reached out to Kelly as I know she knows the area well and has an excellent reputation. Kelly Hanick introduced herself to us by phone when our house was FOR SALE by OWNER and we had already moved to Punta Gorda.We were impressed by her and kept her contact information.

Unlike other realtors who had called, she was professional in her approach wanting to assist us in the "whole process of listing, marketing and sale". Others had offered cut rate commissions in the hopes of listing and waiting for someone else to sell. Most sounded like they were clueless about our property and had not even driven past.

All through the process Kelly was a hands on Realtor. She informed us of everything as it was happening and called to report showings and comments. In 31/2 weeks she had secured a purchase contract and followed it through to a fast closing. If there are questions, she gets answers asap. Besides being a great professional who knows her business inside and out, she is a great person! Kelly is a Realtor we will use again and highly reccommend to others.
