K3 are the most patient people on earth!!! They have a can-do attitude and if they don't know the answer, they find out. I've known this crew and utilized them for MANY YEARS and I honestly don't know what I'd do without them. I sell houses, and they do tech... thank goodness they take the time to keep our computers safe, efficient and working smoothly. I can send in a ticket and typically get someone on the line within the hour. I hate to admit my illiteracy in technology, but they never make me feel bad about it. The K3 Team is top notch. They are juggling a number of licensing assignments, hardware and software issues for us and I've always been super happy with their knowledge, staff, and promptness. They go above and beyond even when I shoot them a screenshot of the weird scam emails that might sneak through so that I don't look like a fool for asking the entire office if it's legitimate.
