Very unprofessional. Contracted through BestBuy to install a stove and dishwasher. No call for over 12 hours. At 8pm at night recieves a a call to say they were still coming. Followed by another call stating they would not be coming. An entire day wasted. To top it all off was told they would be here the following day between 7a-9am. And guess what? No call no show until 10am. Respect people's time.

Mr. Jordan did an excellent job on the assembly of my desk and file cabinet. He was very meticulous and made sure that everything was in place before he got started. He cleaned up afterwards and made sure I was satisfied before I paid the fee. I will definitely contact Jordan & Associates for future projects.

Horrible. Came to my house 5+ months ago to look into replacing my trash compactor. I found out it would cost a fortune so I changed to wanting a pull out trash cabinet instead. Took them 5+ month to tell me that I would have to get a cabinet made. Not once did she call me herself though. I was apparently supposed to be the one to constantly get in touch with them and ask about my project. To me that’s horrible service. I paid $75 for them to measure and for her to “look for a cabinet.” Ridiculous. Save yourself the trouble and call a professional.
