Jonas is a teacher to the core. I had the pleasure to be working with him at a tech startup, where he was the lead in our sales team.

Jonas not only helped me become a much better SDR but greatly impacted my life & career. He has taught me things about myself and gave me tools that I can use to better manage & achieve things in work and in my daily life.

A bit of background, I was struggling a lot when I first started as an SDR for roughly 5-6 months. I was barely booking anything. This got out of control and hugely impacted my self esteem, thinking I'm not good enough and that career in sales isn't for me.

I decided I really needed help, so I sat down with Jonas to figure out what I was doing wrong. He was so committed to making me better! He gave me structure and clarity which was exactly what I was missing. He took an hour every day for weeks to coach me live on cold calls. I used to have this gut wrenching fear. He helped me really break through by pushing me through the fear and breaking down a process to handle common objections. This drastically improved performance and brought me from 1 meeting per week to 4-5. I think I can safely say it's almost easy to book meetings now.

There's a lot of great coaches out there but the best really understand that different personalities require different types of coaching. Jonas has this down to tee. He tries to understand you and your personality in order to tailor his approach to help you achieve.
