Dusty and David are awesome. Dusty is friendly and responsive and super helpful with great recommendations for services they don't provide. David is very friendly and HIGHLY knowledgeable. He really put the house we are under contract for through it's paces and found stuff that doesn't seem huge (like running the dishwasher and finding out at the end of the cycle that it doesn't drain) but would've cost time and money after move-in that we were able to take back to the seller ahead of time. They saved us AT LEAST as much as it would've cost for us to make repairs after the fact. You can tell they both really care about the service they are providing. Very highly recommend JaxInspect. Buying a house is stressful enough and together they made this part a breeze. Thanks guys!

A neighboring townhome at Jax Beach was for sale and had an offer to purchase. The proposed buyer chose David Wiggins of JaxInspect. One morning at 8:30 am, I heard knocking on what I suspected was door frames and windows. I previously had to have extensive rotten wood replaced in my unit and had my inspector been more thorough our damage would potentially been identified and we would not have made the purchase. JaxInspect was still at work hours later. I learned that based on his limitations, David had made a recommendation to the interested buyer to request an engineer to due further inspection regarding integrity of stucco, etc. So impressed, I told myself that if I ever was in the market for a home that I would use him. Subsequently, I was in the market but had forgotten the company name. I reached out to the realtor that had sold the neighboring property and she provided his info. During our conversation, she remarked depending on which side of the table, it's good to have someone with such attention to detail. I agreed.

When my realtor reached out, he was prompt in scheduling and did not disappoint. I also have used his services when I required an independent inspector to look at a reroof. As a previous contractor, David has a wealth of knowledge about home construction and building codes which makes him invaluable. I would highly recommend his services.
