I've had an on going problem with them for the last year and a half where they think they can increase my insurance over 66% without reasoning I can understand rates everywhere increasing. But not by 60%. Especially when I have a good driving record. No tickets or accidents. There's no reason my insurance should be more than my car payment alone. Not even a single letter in the mail telling me that my insurance is going to be increased, how can that even be legal. do they even want to keep their customers ? I've been with this company since I started driving and I've never had an issue until the last year and a half. This is insanity!

Jason has been extremely helpful with a number of our insurance nuances, exceeding our expectations. And recently Jason fielded a call from my wife to address a water claim while I was out of town. He took the call on the weekend while out with his family. He not only walked my wife through the process with regard to the claim, but was genuinely concerned and helpful in calming my panicked wife. Jason is a superb insurance agent. He takes the time get to know his clients, to discuss our coverage and review it in an annual meeting, and to make sure that our coverage is still meeting our needs. The few times we've had a claim, he was always quick to respond, and the entire process was painless.
