Jake has help me to realise my full potential. Not just in business but also in my personal life. Within a couple of sessions my general outlook on how I conduct my self day to day has changed drastically for the better. I appreciate everything you have done and continue to do for me and the business. Thank you jake

Jake has been pivotal in advancing my business. He strikes a perfect balance between encouragement and honest, constructive feedback, constantly challenging me to step out of my comfort zone. His guidance has been invaluable, and I highly recommend him to anyone feeling stuck. Working with him has truly made a difference.

Jake came and delivered a session with his wife Maria, to a group of 4 care-experienced young people aged 18-21 that I support. The session was focused around building confidence, breaking a negative thought cycle and gave loads of tips around how to prepare for and be the best version of yourself in an interview! Together they found the perfect balance between delivering engaging activities for the young people and teaching them about some of the theory. The young people were clearly really enthused and all gave high marks out of 10 when asked what they thought of the session. Both Jake and Maria's approach with the young people was great and they clearly understand how to engage young people and also tread sensitively when working with people with a variety of complex needs and trauma. I can't wait to have them back in to deliver another session ?

Our 18 year old son found sessions with Jake extremely useful. The face to face sessions made them more personal. Our son found it easy to talk to Jake (over a period of time) and also received practical tools to deal with his issues. These sessions are a two way street like most things and we found our son engaging more and more with the process. We would definitely recommend Jake.

I have recently started working with Jake as my Business Coach. It's a real pleasure to be working with him. He's very generous with his time and is a great listener! I really like the accountability and it's also great that he checks in with me between sessions. I can always message him with real life situations that are happening in the business at that moment. I feel that this is a real USP that Jake offers. He doesn't stop working with you the moment your session is over; he continues to be thinking about ways he can add value or help you as a business owner. I highly recommend Jake to anyone that anyone that is looking for a coach to work with!

I would highly recommend Jake as not only a business coach but also a life coach. Jake has provided me with great insights and guidance in both business and life matters. Jake is professional, supportive, gives constructive advice and really makes you think about things. A great listener and always checks in between sessions. Thanks for all your support Jake!

Jake has guided us towards significant personal and business improvements. We keep having record sales weeks, week after week! Looking back over the 18 months we can see the transformation and growth we have achieved. Jake's personalised approach, empathy and support is something we haven’t experienced before and it was definitely a massive help. He gives us clear guidance, support and the motivation to do the actions that deliver the maximum impact. He is adaptable, flexible, professional and reliable. A hugely positive experience from beginning to end; we are over the moon with the results... if you are thinking about changing and improving, call him, you'll be very happy you did!

100% recommend Jake Rostron! For weeks I'd been tortured by indecision regarding my job. To borrow from The Clash, should I stay or should I go? Aspects of that job, I loathed. Yet, there was so much else about it that held the promise of great rewards. One session with Jake and somehow - I still have no idea how he did it - my scrambled, frantic thought processes were calmed and clear. We put a very simple plan in place and the upshot is...I've had a promotion and a pay rise, am excited to go to work every time, and am seriously considering moving house to be closer to base. Thanks Jake - you star you. ?
