This is the best gym you can train at in northeast Florida. If you are in the area I seriously suggest checking Ironworks out. Very cost efficient gym with all of the equipment you would need for any training style. The owner Jim is also a great person and he offers free help and coaching to people willing to put in the work.

Best gym in all of Florida. I guarantee if you walk in, you’ll sign up that day. If you’re looking for a gym to do mostly any type of weight training, it is there for you. It has everything you could ever want in a gym. Plus, the owner Jim Hoskinson, is super knowledgeable. He is a very friendly and humble guy, a great coach and communicator. He’s trained me and everything he tells me to do works. This is a great place to improve yourself because it has all the resources and equipment to do so.

When I first met Jim, I wondered if his happy attitude and excitement to be speaking to me was real or if it was just an act he did for his business. Now that I've had the opportunity to know him better, I can say with confidence that Jim is one of the most decent and genuine men I've ever met. He loves what he does. He loves his life. He loves people, and he loves helping people. Iron Works is a great gym and if you love to train, you should definitely come see it.

The owner, Jim, is an awesome and generous guy. He has all sorts of equipment to help you meet your fitness goals. He is willing to work with you on a program suitable for your goals. The gym could use some updating but for $25 per month and the free coaching he provides, you aren't going to find that kind of value in a gym and owner anywhere else!

This gym is a small hole in the wall place, but is a local gem. The owner Jim is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and greets every single person that walks in the door. Not only that, he coaches you on correct form and helps you with your workouts without the cost of having to pay a personal trainer. He truly cares about everyone there. I’m a functional fitness trained workout person, and he has taught me how to incorporate lifting into my routine for a more all around routine! Would recommend to anyone!
