Before working with Jeremiah, I was struggling with a deep fear of rejection and a negative self-image. Jeremiah opened up with the initial deep discovery session to uncover and explore things in a very unique way. This process unlocked something very early in the session that would end up leading to two huge breakthroughs for me in this session. One of the breakthroughs I realised it wasn't the fear of being rejected, it was a fear of not being loved. This realization was found during the discovery session. As we moved deeper into the work, Jeremiah guided me to see how the core fear/ belief of "not being loved" was playing out in my life and creating so much pain and suffering. When I saw this and my ego saw itself, I had a huge visceral release, and the relief was something I can't really describe in words. I saw that my ego had a story running in the future that if I get in shape, created financial success, then I will be worthy of being loved and I will love myself, that trap aka: the story hadn't allowed me to see the trust, courage and unconditional love I had cultivated within myself and with GOD to have chosen this journey and to work on healing not only for myself, but my wife, my children and also to break the generational curses. In seeing, feeling and releasing this deep belief, I felt an instant relief. The rest of the day I felt absolutely shattered. I took the time to rest, ground and allow the body the time to recover from the massive amount of energy that was released in the session. I would definitely recommend this work to other people who are looking to break-through at a deep level and unlock permanent change!

In my mentoring sessions with Jeremiah, I received more than I expected. Before we started our sessions, I was looking for someone who could guide me in understanding what it will take to be a full-time coach. I was unsure on what to do to make progress in my coaching business and how to run a coaching business. After our sessions, I feel confident and no longer overwhelmed by the work that I have to do to become a successful coach. I feel like I have resources and a plan to help me reach my goal of helping others. The most valuable take-away I received while being mentored was clarity. I felt supported and safe while looking at the challenges I will face as a coach. I recommend this to any coach who is a beginner or who wants to improve as a coach. The reason I think all coaches can benefit from this is because most people lack the knowledge that can help them see what they need to do to be a better coach. Prior to meeting with Jeremiah I struggled with depression, severe anxiety that was crippling my social life, relationships, and work performance. The main cause of these vices all stemmed from PTSD. I tried numerous types of therapy, counseling and coping mechanisms ranging from CPT, NET, & PTSD groups finding minor relief but eventually spiraling down to substance abuse. I picked my self up, reached deep inside, found my strength and decided to keep searching for help. That is when I reached out to Jeremiah and his wife and they responded back that same day.

Jeremiah asked a range of questions that were more in depth and effective which allowed me to get to the root of the problems rather than a mundane text book point evaluation. His confidence in seeing my strength allowed me to see my strength. His empathy allowed me to feel comfortable enough to be fully vulnerable.

After two sessions working with Jeremiah I’m able to concentrate better, accept love from my self and others, enjoy the sun, sleep peacefully again, and most of all I have my family, my confidence and life back.

I know my work is not done yet, but I have hope and I feel better than I ever have in a long time.

After attending the mentoring sessions with Jeremiah, I can confidently say that I thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Initially, I wasn't sure what to expect from this mentorship. I anticipated Jeremiah to teach me techniques by speaking more, but to my surprise, it was quite the opposite. The most valuable and impactful aspect of this experience was discovering Jeremiah's incredible talent for listening and responding. This empowered me as I learned the immense value of effective listening, which created joyful moments and added value to our sessions. I was amazed at how Jeremiah applied his listening skills, sometimes resulting in periods of silence between us. During these moments, I found myself generating positive thoughts, which then effortlessly flowed into words. When Jeremiah did respond, it was with two or three words that made me feel understood, often accompanied by appreciation or compliments for my thought process. The mentoring I had with Jeremiah exceeded my expectations. I found it helpful in many ways, including clearing internal blocks and clarifying my ICA and messaging. I was looking for a soul aligned way to build a coaching business online. I participated in a coaching program that gave me a foundation of skills, but many of the sales components did not feel aligned to me. I started working with IntraAwareness Coaching nearly 7 years ago, and at that time was very unhappy with my life, as well as struggling with severe anxiety and panic attacks. My initial coaching assessment with Jeremiah revealed that anger and impatience were at the core of what I struggled with. It was the main problem we focused on and started to dig into to find the root cause of these traits and how they affected my personal and even business relationships. Besides the fact that this was one-on-one vs.a large group or conference setting, Jeremiah’s warm and encouraging demeanor certainly made my experience much more comfortable and easier to be open and vulnerable. I learned to pause and reflect on why I’m feeling a certain way and what is at its core.
