I've had services with them since they took over A.C.T.s in Tombstone then Sierra Vista, 10+ Years. I'm 55 yrs old and terminally ill. Jan 14th, 2025 my caseworker (whom I hadn't seen nor heard from in 2+ years) came and did the "yearly" inspection of my home. I signed everything he handed me. Today I get a phone call from my caseworker telling me since I refused to sign the rent increase, I never refused anything!! That they are going to terminate my services. And I'd get a certified letter soon. I asked for the number and name to contact to clear it up. The number I was given did not work. Though when I googled it, it says it belongs to community Partners. No name to contact. So I got number from website & called. Was transferred to member services, left a Voicemail, got call back some time later and was told that I'm not a member since 2022. But they've been paying their portion of the rent. In 2022, my lanlord received a letter one month into renting my current home stating they were terminating me due to multiple notices of rule breaking. I never broke rules. 6 Months later I receive same notice. I called the number on letter no one answered and I was told Voicemail hadn't been set up. So I was tranferred, then told it was mailed to me in error. I asked for them to send letter stating that 8x! Nothing! Landlord called too and was hung up on several times by CPH supervisor. This mental abuse has gone in several years. I was told many times by their parent company, Intermountain centers, that it would be dealt with, that never happened.
Couldn't even get a call back after leaving multiple messages.
