Excellent! Mark Spence and his entire team at Integrity Financial Services are an excellent team to work with. They give highly professional and personal service.
Condo loans can be difficult and my first loan fell through. Mark and his team saved the day and financed the loan for me.
Two years after purchasing the condo, I had a question about the loan. Mark personally picked up the phone, remembered who I was and talked me through a decision. They provide truly excellent service.
If you need a loan, I can personally attest as a past client of Integrity that if they are in need a of a new home purchase or a cash out refinance that Mark Spence & Integrity Financial Services will definitely take great care of them and will always be there for their clients in anyway they can.

This is my 3rd time working with Mark, Kim, Kelly, Karla and the Integrity team on a mortgage and each time my experience has been wonderful! A very knowledgeable and skilled team, professional and attentive to my needs.
