I feel that they do a good job in general. They canceled my old insurance on the date that they were supposed to and I haven't had any problems with them completing paperwork. When I was searching for an insurer I feel that they could have given me more options an information. I later found out there was one insurer I might have been interested in, rather than the one I now have.
