Definitely not the best company to work for! Ken had absolutely no respect for his workers! If you disagree with them they feel as if you done something so wrong! The management is ridiculous and has poor communication! They don’t live up to the expectations on helping the team! Soon as I got pregnant and had complications they let me go! No one Did not contact me to inform me! They just disconnected my log information! The female manager Joe was very unprofessional and flirty! When I informed her she’s inappropriate she contacted HR to have me released! Once again without being notified the correct way! I highly don’t recommend anyone to work for the company that’s located in fort myers! They treat the employees as if you are a student and not a adult! The entire management needs to be evaluated immediately! I accommodated my schedule for the company due to a request from Chris! When I asked for it to be switched back no one liked it and ignore me as a employee! I hope the is company make changes for the employees that’s there and take accountability for their actions!

Where do I start. Insite from the outside looking in is all about embracing culture and rewarding those who work hard. From experience, I can tell you that is not the case. Management is all over the place and bending to every whim that the client asks for, even if it is results in the employee having to go above and beyond their pay grade to get things done. From having to schedule and conduct trainings for many of the agents of the client, to training new hires for the team as well as training the manager themselves, Insite does not value its employees. Instead, when providing constructive feedback on how the team should move to better tend to the client's needs, you are seen as having an 'attitude and performance' problem and are then terminated. Very fortunate to not have to work in an work environment that is becoming extremely toxic as the result of favoritism and micromanagement. A note to Rachele and Katherine, please do better as managers and actually listen to the concerns your peers are expressing and not just say "we hear you" and then later terminate them. There was no room for growth within the company but in all honesty, you wouldn't want to work there in the first place.
