They were very eager to set us up. When it was determined the plan had become too expensive we attempted to discuss this with them. We felt that they had blown off our concerns because "it's tax deductible." When we terminated the plan, Kevin called to threaten us with extra tax penalties for improper termination and withdrew his assistance with the termination process. The work to terminate of the plan should have fallen under his company. Fortunately, we had other more helpful people who donated their time to make this happen.
