Josh and his team, especially Tiphanie are absolutely amazing! I have been with them for years and they handle all of my personal and business policies. They are knowledgeable and understand the needs of each individual client. I ask a lot of questions to help myself attempt to understand all aspects of insurance and they are always responsive and willingly to answer any and all questions. Colorado Insurance Advisors has been a great help in getting us great insurance at a reasonable price. We've used them for over 10 years now.
The staff is First Rate! We had one issue in where our mortgage company didn't pay our home insurance on time. Liz and Josh worked hard to track down the issue and then were on top of keeping me informed on what I needed to do and kept an eye on the account to make sure everything worked out. They went above and beyond in communications and being helpful in this situation. I'd highly recommend them.
