The team at HSN put together a phenomenal challenge intensive workshop to prepare clients to run a nutrition challenge. From guiding set up, to providing materials, role playing and training calls, they've provided a one stop shop to set up and run a successful nutrition challenge. HSN Mentoring has been rock solid in providing training modules and materials to seamlessly integrate nutrition coaching into our CrossFit model. This has been a missing piece for us and having a turn key solution is exactly what we were looking for! We now have the potential to not only change lives through fitness, but also focus on the other 23 hours of the day with our athletes with the potential of reaching outside of our gym and into the community and beyond.

HSN has given me so much confidence to lead my athletes into living a better balanced life. To educate that there's so much more than simply 'losing weight' but it is about making sure they've taken a long hard look at their overall habits that could leak into triggering other spectrums of our health wheel.
