Stayed here for three nights and was throughly pleased. Check in was pretty easy and quick. The room was larger than the last time I stayed in Japan. Nicely equipped with two beds. Large tv- but had no international channels. Only Japanese. Safe. Fridge. Slippers and pajamas. Two bottles of water daily. Toiletries in the lobby. ||Room was “eco- cleaned” daily. Meaning they changed the towels and emptied the garbage. Bed never made or changed. That’s acceptable. ||Location is pretty good. Can walk to the Tokyo Tower, several subway lines, and a nearby shopping mall with restaurants and supermarket. ||Getting there can be a challenge. Tokyo had so many subway lines. There’s one outside the entrance of the hotel. The N5 station - Green line. Overall I would stay here again. Staff was friendly and location is great. Roppongi is a nice quiet part of Tokyo.

We visited Tokyo for five nights in July and found this hotel to be well-run and efficient. The front desk staff were helpful. The location is excellent--right above a subway station where there are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. We were walking distance to several art galleries. On a more critical note, we found the room extremely small and dark, even compared to the hotel rooms we'd been in across Japan. However the lobby was spacious so I'd go there to read. The breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was uninspiring. All in all a good hotel.

Ticks all the boxes staff were extremely helpful. Location is extremely central.
The view from the rooms is sensational. We even managed to see Mt Fuji in the distance from the window. Would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful experience.

No fuss hotel - perfect for business travel or if you spend most time out and only need to go back to the hotel to sleep. Rooms are decent sized and the bathroom is comfortable by japanese standard (have seen many smaller bathrooms in Japanese no-fuss hotels). Note that the most basic room does not have a desk, and the hotel does not have a business center.

Area is safe and clean. Room is clean too. Very nice storage room if you need them to look after your stuff for the day. Best part is from the subway station at exit 2 you can take the elevator straight up to 5th floor to get to the hotel.

There’s no microwave in the room, but in the vending machine room every floor. There’s also laundry machines you can use (can use suica card to pay)

Great hotel, spacious rooms(stayed in king room). Good facilities including kettle in the room and ample vending machines and laundry room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was good, next to metro station making it very convenient to get around. Would definitely stay again.

This was the best place for easy means to get from place to place.
Train station just outside, convenient stores nearby.

The staff are all super warm and welcoming.
I would definitely come back to the hotel.

One of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. Good Value for money. Very good location, the metro line it’s right at the entrance. We booked a room in the new hotel(there are 2). Nice staff, we left our luggage for a whole day in the lockers. Good connections with all areas in Tokyo. We also found 2 amazing streets with sakura within 3-5 min walk
